Parents often see their children as being their property. They are seen as not having any rights, despite the law giving them some. In the eyes of parents, kids only have to follow the rules under their own roof. Well it’s time this changes. Parents have to sign contracts when they get married, get loans, buy property, and more. So why should they not have to sign one when they take on the biggest responsibly a person can have, raising a child? Now they should. With these ads, it will get parents to think about the rights kid’s have and the responsibilities that parents owe to their children. This goes from parents tucking them in at night to protecting them from predators, even if it’s from yourself. It might be hard to stand up to those trying to do harm to your child, such as from a partner or a sibling, but you owe it to them.
